Return Policy – Maison Bonneterie

At Maison Bonneterie, we understand that clothing may sometimes not fit perfectly or you may change your mind. That’s why we offer a simple and smooth return policy.

Return Period

You have 14 days from the delivery date to return your order, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered and the original labels are still intact.

Return Process

1. Request a Return
   Contact our customer service at info@maison-bonneterie.com to register your return. We will provide you with further instructions.

2. Fill out the Return Form
   Once your return is accepted, you will receive a return form. Please complete the form fully.

3. Pack the Return
   Carefully place the items in the original packaging and include the completed return form.

4. Send it Back
   Send the package to the return address provided in our return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.

Return Costs

• Our Fault? We will cover return shipping costs if you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item.
• Your Choice? For returns due to size changes or a change of mind, the return shipping costs will be at your expense.
• No Additional Return Fees Maison Bonneterie does not charge additional processing fees for returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, the purchase amount will be refunded via the original payment method. This process may take up to 10 days.

Exceptions

We cannot accept returns for items that are:
❌ Worn, washed, or altered.
❌ Not with the original labels attached.
